Your initial consultation will include a comprehensive examination, discussion and treatment recommendation with Dr. Wulc, depending on the treatments you require. You'll also meet our friendly staff, who will assist with any questions you may have before your consultation.

At this first appointment, if possible, please bring with you the following:

• A list of all medications you are taking
• Your doctors’ names, addresses and phone numbers
• A list of previous operations and your medical history
• Your insurance card and driver’s license
• Old photographs, as many as possible, from each decade
• Any recent scans or laboratory tests relevant to your care
