I have been a nurse for many years and I consider myself an expert on surgeons. I have studied the dynamic of patients and surgeons and knew what to expect. At a relatively early age (in my late 30’s), I decided to undergo eyelid surgery. I did not regret it at all.

I had the surgery performed by an excellent doctor at Jefferson University Hospital. But I never liked the way I looked.

My eyes were always dry so I went to an ophthalmologist, who told me there was no problem with my surgery and that I should use artificial tears. I felt that I looked sad, but I could not pinpoint why.

I went to see Dr. Wulc for a cosmetic consult, and he told me that my brows were droopy and that my lower lids were pulled downwards. This is what made me look sad.

I underwent an outpatient procedure to lift my face and to add tissue back to my lower eyelids.

I am completely delighted with the result. Now, 15 years later, I still look like I am in my late 30’s and my eyes are comfortable. I no longer use artificial tears and I am actually pleased with how I look. My goal from the beginning was to look like I used to, and I am so happy Dr. Wulc was able to help me achieve that.
